Practice Management for Macs

I consider myself to be incredibly discerning when it comes to technology and have been more than pleased with all that MacPractice offers. I utilize the system for all of the day-to-day functions of our office: scheduling, patient information, digital radiography, etc. I most appreciate that the program interfaces with my iPhone, allowing me to always be tuned-in to my practice when I'm away lecturing around the country. ...I've found that staff members who have little or no Mac experience are able to quickly learn the system. It is a must-have for all dentists who wish to operate a top-notch, profitable practice.

I am a general dentist with a focus on complex oral rehabilitation using implants and innovative prosthetics. Essentially, I run a general practice and a specialty practice along side each other. As such, the need for exceptional dental software that allows for detailed, integrated patient management is critical. Since implementing MacPractice in October of 2009, words cannot describe the success of this business decision. The lifetime value of this upgrade to MacPractice is an absolute home run.

After coping with IT stress in my first practice for more than 11 years, I decided to launch a second one using MacPractice. Thank goodness I did. The support in the UK and US from MacPractice is so reliable, we don’t need any other IT contract. This saves us hundreds of pounds each year! I no longer worry about malware or unreliable hardware, and I enjoy the significant benefits of Apple's OSX. Perhaps most importantly, our patients love the integration between our Macs, iPads and AppleTV. From viewing x-rays and intraoral images to listening to some relaxing music, we can do it all now thanks to MacPractice!

MacPractice has galvanised our whole team. They have completely adopted the software, which, like so many things Mac, is simple and intuitive to use. So many man hours have been saved and I actually look forward to the up and coming features that are constantly being developed and released by MacPractice, which in my view keeps them at the cutting edge of producing an elegant and effective practice management system.
